Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We shall carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the services should commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in comparison with the full scope of services provided for in the contract.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the provision of services if the trader has fully performed the service and only began performing the service after the consumer

1. gave express consent for the trader to begin performing the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
2. confirmed awareness that the right of withdrawal is lost upon full performance of the contract by the trader.

Subscription Cancellation

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then, you retain full access to all features of your subscribed plan.
